By using our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Australia’s Best Pools

Australia’s Best Pools is a platform featuring pool inspiration, television content, pool builders, lifestyle brands, products and member benefits.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s account or reproduce our content without permission.

We may update website content, features and services from time to time.

3. ABP Rewards Membership

ABP Rewards provides access to participating brand offers, member benefits, selected content and other features advertised on our website.

Membership benefits may change as participating businesses and offers are added, updated or withdrawn. We will provide information about material changes where required by law.

Membership does not guarantee a particular saving, offer or financial return.

4. Membership Pricing and Payments

Our advertised membership options include:

• Monthly membership: $8 per month.

• Founding annual membership: $79 for the first year, normally $99 per year, subject to the advertised offer period and eligibility.

The founding offer is currently advertised as ending 28 February 2027.

Before purchasing, members will be shown the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal arrangements and any additional charges.

5. Renewals and Cancellation

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically.

If a membership renews automatically, the renewal price and frequency will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Members can request cancellation through ausbestpools@gmail.com. We will explain when cancellation takes effect and whether access continues until the end of the paid period.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Member Offers and Discounts

ABP Rewards offers are provided by participating third-party businesses. Each offer may have its own eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiry dates, redemption instructions and availability limits.

Members should review the participating business’s offer terms before purchasing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made directly from a participating business are transactions between the member and that business. ABP does not process or fulfil those purchases.

If an advertised offer is unavailable or incorrect, please contact us so we can investigate.

7. Pool Builder Directory and Brand Listings

Our directory and brand features help visitors discover businesses, products and services.

A business’s inclusion on the website, including a paid listing or featured placement, does not constitute a guarantee of its workmanship, licensing, insurance, product quality or suitability for a particular project.

Visitors should undertake their own checks, obtain written quotes and confirm relevant licences and insurance before engaging a pool builder or other service provider.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they supply to ABP. We may correct or remove inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate listings.

Separate commercial terms may apply to paid directory listings and brand partnerships.

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, branding, graphics and original content on this website belong to ABP or are used with permission.

You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, sell or commercially use our content without the relevant rights holder’s permission.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily cancel a paid membership or prevent essential service-related communications.

We may change these terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we will provide notice as required by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
